Gadgets & America's Next Top Model

I know there are a few on my FL that DL fics directly to their palms or other handheld devices, and wanted to know what software program you guys used. I'm not sure if it works like an eBook, but any info would be great. I love gadgets and want an iPod super bad. I even know how I'd like it engraved. Isn't it perfect? *sigh*Last night, America's Next Top Model was fun to watch. I'm totally rooting for the Wallmart (I thought it was Wallgreen's!) chick, Shandi, since she can't walk for shit, but looks like she could sprout into something beautiful. I also like Mercedes and gorgeous Sara. The stripper, Beth, has got to go. Yoanna's face is beautiful and is perfect for print. Anna cracked me up when she said, "It's not about religion. It's about me being Christlike." I laughed so fucking hard at that comment. Ya'll should have seen the look on Janice's face. It was hysterical. The comment that Tyra made to Heather was pretty funny too when she was like you could be a normal OR a plus-size model. Just go up or down. Poor thing probably had never heard that before. Aside from the ladies, I'm totally diggin' Nigel, the photographer, and Eric, from Jane Magazine. They're both totally hot. Nigel with that sexy voice and bod, and Eric with the cut right by the brow. Ooo, very sexy. Well, I can't wait for next week since it looks like there might be a catfight in the works. Yippee!

UGH! I knew there was something on last night. :( I wonder if they are going to repeat the eps like they did last year. I just have to check. If not, I have to remember to watch next week. :)

Pretty iPod!I use AportisDoc to read on my Palm, and a freeware/shareware program call, I think, MakeDoc to convert documents to a handheld-readable format.But... my Palm is ancient, three years old, so there's probably niftier programs out there now.

I have a pretty old Palm as well. Thanks for the heads-up about those programs. I'll check them out.

the thing is the mini is still $250 which is a total waste @ a fraction of the gig capacity. but, they are cute. you back at school now?

Also, too small is too hard to manage. I had one of those early smallerthanyourpalm and holdsaboutahandfulofsongs mp3 players. SO not worth the trouble, AND it was hard to get at the buttons. I love my iPod. I'd love it even if it didn't say Princess Glamazon on the back. *giggles*

I uses a program called Documents to Go. It cost about $30 from Staples, and it allows me to just drag and drop MS Word (and pretty much any other text files) and MS Excel spreadsheets right onto my Palm. I have an m515 right now, but it even worked when I had a Handspring Visor. It's saved me loads of paper to carry around, and kept me from tearing my hair out in completely boring yet inescapable situation.

Cool! I'll check it out. Thanks.
